Wei Lab Mission Statement

Why work in a lab?  

First and foremost, working in an academic laboratory should be fun.  The central goal of our lab is to create and maintain a fun environment for scientific investigation.  We believe that people do their best work when they are:

1. engaged in the science

2. allowed to have autonomy 

3. able to fulfill life's other priorities

4. drinking coffee, lots of coffee
